Šiaulių neaustinių medžiagų fabrikas – akcinė bendrovė Šiauliuose.[1]

Istorija

Fabrikas įkurtas 1963 m., reorganizavus pirmtaką Šiaulių linų fabriką; šis įkurtas 1938 m.,[2] 1940 m. pradėjo gamybą pirminiu lino perdirbimu, vėliau buvo pradėtos gaminti neaustos, įdėklinės bei kamšytinės medžiagos, regeneruota vilna.

Fabrikas tobulino savo gamybą, dabar jį sudaro įmonių grupė.

Bendrovę vienija 16 įmonių: UAB „Neaustima“, UAB „Comco“, UAB „Sintuva“, UAB „Interscalit“, UAB „Gemega“, UAB „Trivilita„, UAB „Litsofa“, UAB „Artilux Baltija" ir kt., gaminančios neaustines medžiagas, čiužinius, matrasus, minkštus baldus, buitinius šviestuvus.[3]
