Valdemaras Stančikas (g. 1979 m. rugpjūčio 25 d. Šalčininkuose) – teisininkas, Lietuvos ir Šalčininkų rajono savivaldybės politinis bei visuomenės veikėjas, buvęs Lietuvos aplinkos viceministras.

Biografija

2004 m. baigė Mykolo Romerio universitetą, teisininkas. 2005 m. baigė Vilniaus universiteto Ekonomikos fakultetą.

Nuo 2001 m. Vilniaus rajono advokatų kontoros advokato padėjėjas, 2004 m. įrašytas į praktikuojančių advokatų sąrašą, nuo 2005 m. Advokatų profesinės bendrijos „KSP GROUP“ advokatas.

2000–2008 m. Liberalų ir centro sąjungos tarybos narys. 2007–2010 m. Šalčininkų rajono savivaldybės tarybos narys. Nuo 2009 m. birželio 1 d. iki 2009 m. liepos 22 d. LR aplinkos viceministras[1], atsakingas už Europos Sąjungos struktūrinių fondų paramos administravimą, ministerijos reorganizavimą ir viešųjų ryšių klausimus. Iš pareigų atleistas kartu su ministro patarėju Vytautu Žirgučiu kaip praradę politinį pasitikėjimą, dėl skilimo Tautos prisikėlimo partijoje (Stančikas rėmė Seimo TPP frakciją, o ne nuo jos atskilusią „Ąžuolo“ frakciją)[2].

Asociacijos „Pilietiniai projektai“ valdybos narys. Nuo 2009 m. liepos 30 d. „Teisingumo instituto“ direktorius (prieš tai vadovavo Vytautas Kurpuvesas)[3]. Konceptualaus visuomeninio judėjimo „Mūsų reikalas“ Koncepcijos komiteto narys.

2009 m. liepos 24 d. pašalintas iš Tautos prisikėlimo partijos (TPP) už partijos vardo žeminimą kaip pasitikėjimą praradęs partijos narys (taip pat pašalinti buvo Laimontas Dinius, Ligitas Kernagis, Aleksandr Sacharuk)[4]. 2011 m. nepriklausomas kandidatas į Vilniaus miesto savivaldybės tarybą.[5]
