Tarptautinis prognozės indeksas

Tarptautinis prognozės indeksas (angl. International prognostic index, IPI) – išvestinis parametras, naudojamas numatyti ne Hodžkino limfomos prognozei ir nustatyti orientacinį paciento išgyvenamumą esant konkrečiai situacijai.

Kiekvienas šių faktorių vertinamas vienetu[1]:

Suskaičiuojama balų suma parodo ligonio prognozę:

  • Maža rizika (0-1): 5 metų išgyvenamumas 73%
  • Maža/vidutinė rizika (2): 5 metų išgyvenamumas 51%
  • Didelė/vidutinė rizika (3): 5 metų išgyvenamumas 43%
  • Didelė rizika (4-5): 5 metų išgyvenamumas 25%

Amžiui adaptuotas tarptautinis prognozės indeksas aaIPI

angl. age-adjusted international prognostic index. Kadangi limfomų gydymas yra parenkamas individualiai, atsižvelgiant į ligonių amžių, prognostinis indeksas turi didesnę vertę jį pritaikius prie amžiaus. Tokiu atveju naudojama supaprastinta schema, apskaičiuojant skirtingus parametrus ligoniams iki 60 metų ir daugiau 60 metų amžiaus. Iki 60 metų amžiaus ligoniams:

Šiuo atveju taip pat kiekvienas punktas įvertinamas vienetu ir apskaičiuojama suma. Šitaip galima kinikiniuose tyrimuose palyginti skirtingos prognozės ligonių grupes.
