Tarantulo ūkas

Tarantulo ūkas – milžiniškas žvaigždėdaros regionas kaimyninėje Didžiojo Magelano Debesies galaktikoje.[1] Dėl savo keistos išvaizdos, primenančios voragyvį, pavadintas Tarantulo ūku. Šis žvaigždėdaros regionas nutolęs 160 000 šviesmečių. Objektas yra maždaug 1500 šviesmečių skersmens.

Ūkas yra pietinio pusrutulio Auksinės Žuvies žvaigždyne. Kosminio Tarantulo ūko kaimynystėje taip pat yra ir artimiausia neseniai sprogusi supernova.
