Tabletė (lot. tabulettea) – kietoji dozuota vaistų forma – suslėgtos kietos birios vaistinės, indiferentinės ir jas rišančios medžiagos. Tabletės gali būti įvairios spalvos ir pavidalo (apvali, ovali), paprasta (iš vienos vaistinės medžiagos) arba sudėtinė (iš keleto vaistinių medžiagų). Nuryti skirtos tabletės masė būna mažesnė negu 0,5 g, tirpalui gaminti – ir didesnė kaip 0,5 g. Tabletės patogios laikyti ir vartoti, bet, ilgiau pastovėjusios, sukietėja ir skrandyje sunkiai tirpsta arba visai nebetirpsta. Gaminamos farmacijos fabrikuose.

Tabletes reikia nuryti, užgeriant grynu vandeniu. Negalima gydytis aptrupėjusiomis, sulūžinėjusiomis arba pakitusios spalvos tabletėmis. Tinkama vartoti tabletė, numesta iš 1-1,5 m aukščio ant medinio paviršiaus, turi nesutrupėti, o panardinta į 36-38 °C temperatūros vandenį – per 10 min suirti arba ištirpti. Geriausia tabletes laikyti sausoje ir vėsioje vietoje.
