Surviliškio–Kazokų tiltas – buvęs automobilių transporto tiltas per Nevėžį, jungęs Surviliškio (Kėdainių raj.) ir Kazokų kaimus (Krekenavos sen., Panevėžio raj.). Pastatytas tarpukaryje, per Antrąjį pasaulinį karą susprogdintas. Išlikusios tilto griuvėsių betoninės liekanos abiejuose krantuose ir upės vagoje, privažiavimo kelio fragmentai.

Kazokuose pastatyti lankytino objekto ženklai ir apžvalgos aikštelė,[2] pasiekiami iš kelio  2008  Vilainiai–Šventybrastis–Krekenava .

Informacinis stendas ir apžvalgos aikštelė

Kazokų tiltą suprojektavo inžinierius Pranciškus Markūnas. Tiltas per Nevėžį ties Surviliškiu buvo pastatytas 1932 m. Statiniui panaudotas gelžbetonis, jis buvo vienos angos. Pagrindinė konstrukcija, jungusi upės krantus – arka. Tiltas buvo 57,6 m ilgio bei 6 m pločio. Tilto statybos kainavo 54 200 Lt.[1]

Susisiekimui tarp dviejų seniūnijų – Surviliškio ir Krekenavos – pastatytas dabartinis pėsčiųjų tiltas Surviliškyje, kabantis už 0,75 km (pasroviui).[3] Pasvarstoma dėl buvusio tilto atstatymo.[4]
