Robertas Štelmaheris (latv. Roberts Štelmahers; g. 1974 m. lapkričio 19 d. Rygoje) – buvęs krepšininkas, žaidęs Latvijos rinktinėje. Žaidė įžaidėjo pozicijoje.

Per savo karjerą rungtyniavo Latvijoje, Lenkijoje, Rusijoje, Turkijoje, Slovėnijoje, Italijoje, 4 sezonus praleido Vilniaus „Lietuvos ryte“.

2009 m. rugpjūčio pradžioje tapo Vilniaus „Perlas“ trenerio M. Linarto asistentu.[1] 2010 m. vasario pradžioje buvo pasirinktas Latvijos vyrų krepšinio rinktinės vyr. trenerio asistentu.[2] 2010 m. spalio 8 d. laikinai užėmė Vilniaus „Lietuvos Ryto“ vyr. trenerio postą.[3] 2010 m. spalio 11 d. tapo Vilniaus „Perlo“ vyr. treneriu.[4]

2012 m. birželio 14 d. tapo Ventspilio „Ventspils“ klubo vyr. treneriu ir pasirašė dvejų metų sutartį.[5]

2023 m. birželio 29 d. pasirašė 1+1 tipo sutartį su Panevėžio „Lietkabeliu“,[6] tačiau sezono pradžioje atleistas.
