Mapudungunų kalba, dar vadinama mapučių kalba, araukanų kalba – izoliuota indėnų kalba, vartojama mapučių, gyvenančių centrinėje Čilėje ir Argentinos Patagonijoje. Kalbos pavadinimas kilo iš žodžių mapu – „žemė“ ir dungun – „kalba“. Kalbančiųjų skaičius siekia apie 240 tūkst. žmonių, iš kurių 200 tūkst. gyvena Čilėje, kiti – Argentinoje. Kaip kasdienę kalbą ją naudoja 150 tūkst. gyventojų.

Kai kurie autoriai mapundungunų kalbą sieja su penutų kalbomis, vartojamomis Šiaurės Amerikos vakarų pakrantėje. Taip pat siejama ir su Andų, aravakų, majų kalbomis, tačiau tokie ryšiai neįrodyti, todėl mapundungunų kalba laikoma izoliuota. Dėl Inkų imperijos įtakos į šią kalbą atėjo nemažai žodžių iš kečujų kalbos, o prasidėjus kolonizacijai – iš ispanų kalbos.

Kalba turi daug dialektų. Araukanijoje kalbama molučės arba ngulučės dialektu, Anduose gyvenanys mapučiai peuenčai vartoja peuenčų dialektą, į pietus nuo Tulteno upės gyvenantys veličai kalba veličų dialektu (kartais išskiriama kaip atskira kalba). Argentinos La Pampos provincijoje ir Kolorado upės baseine kalbama rankenčės dialektu.
