Česlovas Milvydas (1870–1936) – lietuvių advokatas, dirbęs Šiauliuose, Rusijos imperijos Valstybės Dūmos deputatas, Kauno gubernijos atstovas.

Biografija

Č. Milvydas mokėsi Šiaulių gimnazijoje. 1894 m. baigė Maskvos universiteto Teisės fakultetą. Vertėsi advokato praktika Šiauliuose. Turėjo nuosavos žemės. Priklausė Konstitucinei demokratinei partijai.[2]

1906 m. kovo 26 d. buvo išrinktas Kauno gubernijoje į Rusijos imperijos I šaukimo Valstybės Dūmą. Dūmoje priklausė Vakarinių pakraščių grupei. Dirbo pilietinės lygybės bei finansų komisijose. Dalyvavo diskusijose žemės ūkio klausimais.[2]

Apie Č. Milvydo tolesnį likimą, jo mirties datą patikimų žinių neturima.
