Receptorium histamini H2 - Stomachus : incrementum secretionis chymi. Antagonista H2 receptorii: Ranitidinum, Cimetidinum, Famotidinum, Nizatidinum
Receptorium histamini H3 - deminutio concentrationis in cerebro Acetylcholini, Serotonini, Noradrenalini
Receptorium histamini H4 - Chemotaxis (mastocytus)
