메리다(스페인어: Mérida)는 스페인 바다호스도의 도시로, 엑스트레마두라주의 중심 도시이다. 인구는 56,395명(2009년 기준)이며 면적은 865.6km2이다.

메리다는 기원전 25년 아우구스투스 황제가 내린 칙령에 따라 건설된 도시인 에메리타 아우구스타(Emerita Augusta)를 효시로 하고 있으며 후에 루시타니아 속주의 수도가 된다. 이 때문에 메리다에는 로마 제국 시대의 유적이 많이 남아 있다.

메리다 고고유적군은 1993년에 유네스코가 지정한 세계유산에 선정되었다.
