레제크네(라트비아어: Rēzekne, 독일어: Rositten)는 라트비아 동부에 위치한 도시로, 면적은 17.48km2, 인구는 32,295명, 인구 밀도는 2,079명/km2이다. 리가(라트비아의 수도)에서 동쪽으로 242km, 러시아 국경에서 서쪽으로 63km 정도 떨어진 곳에 위치하며 모스크바와 리가, 바르샤바와 상트페테르부르크를 연결하는 철도가 지나간다.

1285년 문헌에 처음 등장했다. 당시 리보니아 기사단이 돌로 요새를 만들었고 이를 동쪽 경계선을 지키는 요새로 사용했다는 기록이 전해진다. 1582년 폴란드-리투아니아 연방에 편입되었고 제1차 폴란드 분할 때 러시아 제국에 편입되었다. 1773년 도시 지위를 부여받았으며 19세기 모스크바-리가 철도와 바르샤바-상트페테르부르크 철도가 건설되면서 크게 성장했다. 1918년 라트비아가 독립을 선언하면서부터 라트갈레 지방의 중심지가 되었지만 제2차 세계 대전 당시 독일군과 소련군의 공격으로 인해 크게 파괴되었고 전쟁 이후에는 산업 도시로 재건되었다.
