ცხოვრების 12 წესი: ქაოსის ანტიდოტი — კანადელი კლინიკური ფსიქოლოგის, ჯორდან პიტერსონის 2018 წელს გამოშვებული წიგნი. ის იძლევა ცხოვრებისეულ რჩევებს აბსტრაქტული ეთიკური პრინციპების, ფსიქოლოგიის, მითოლოგიის, რელიგიისა და პირადი ანეგდოტების ესეების მეშვეობით. წიგნი ლიდერობდა ბესტსელერების სიაში კანადაში, შეერთებულ შტატებსა და გაერთიანებულ სამეფოში და გაიყიდა ათ მილიონზე მეტი ეგზემპლარი მთელ მსოფლიოში.[1] პიტერსონი გაემგზავრა მსოფლიო ტურზე წიგნის პოპულარიზაციისთვის და დიდი ყურადღება მიიპყრო Channel 4 News-თან ინტერვიუს შემდეგ.[2] [3] წიგნი დაწერილია უფრო ხელმისაწვდომი სტილით, ვიდრე ჯორდანის წინა აკადემიური წიგნები.

შინაარსი
