ფედერალური ომი

ფედერალური ომი (ესპ. Guerra Federal; ასევე ცნობილი, როგორც დიდი ომი ან ხუთწლიანი ომი) — სამოქალაქო ომი ვენესუელაში 1859-1863 წლებში კონსერვატიულ პარტიასა და ლიბერალურ პარტიას შორის. სამოქალაქო ომი გამოწვეული იყო სამთავრობო პოზიციებსა და მიწის საკუთრებაზე კონსერვატორთა მონოპოლიითა და მათი წინააღმდეგობით რეფორმების მიმართ. ლიბერალები, ცნობილი როგორც ფედერალისტები, პროვინციებისთვის უფრო დიდი ავტონომიისთვის იბრძოდნენ. ესპანეთისგან ვენესუელის დამოუკიდებლობის მოპოვების შემდეგ (1811 წლის 5 ივლისი) ფედერალური ომი ყველაზე დიდი და სისხლისმღვრელი ომი იყო ვენესუელის ისტორიაში. ომის დროს ათასობით ადამიანი დაიღუპა ძალადობის, შიმშილისა და დაავადებებისგან.

მიმოხილვა

წყაროების თანახმად, ფედერალური ომი ძმების, ხოსე ტადეო მონაგასისა და ხოსე გრეგორიო მონაგასის დიქტატორულ მმართველობას მოჰყვა.[1] მათი რეჟიმის დროს ფისკალური პრობლემები წარმოიქმნა და ცენტრალურმა მთავრობამ ვენესუელის პროვინციების ავტონომიათა უფლებები შეზღუდა.[1]

ფედერალური ომი თავდაპირველად პარტიზანული ომი იყო, რომლის დროსაც ფედერალისტებს ცენტრალიზებული ხელმძღვანელობა არ ჰყავდათ და პარტიზანული ბრძოლებით სოციალურ უკმაყოფილებას გამოხატავდნენ. ფედერალური ომის ყველაზე მნიშვნელოვანი ბრძოლები იყო:

  • სანტა ინესის ბრძოლა (1859 წლის 10 დეკემბერი) — ეზეკიელ სამორას ხელმძღვანელობით ფედერალისტთა 3 400 კაციანმა შენაერთმა ცენტრალური არმიის 2300 კაციანი შენაერთი დაამარცხა. ორივე მხრიდან 1200 ადამიანი დაიღუპა.
  • კოპლეს ბრძოლა (1860 წლის 17 თებერვალი) — სამთავრობო ძალებმა გენერალ ლეონ დე ფებრეს კორდეროს ხელმძღანელობით ფედერალისტთა 4500 კაციან არმიას სძლიეს, რომელთაც ხუან კრისოსტომო ფალკონი ხელმძღვანელობდა.
  • ბუჩივაკოას ბრძოლა — (1862 წლის 26-27 დეკემბერი).

საომარი მოქმედებები 1863 წლის აპრილში კოჩეს ზავით დასრულდა. ზავს ხელი მოეწერა ფალკონის გამრჯვების შემდეგ, რომელმაც ახალი კოალიცია შექმნა ანტონიო გუსმან ბლანკოსთან ერთად.[2] ომში საერთო ჯამში 100 000-ზე მეტი ადამიანი დაიღუპა. ფედერალურმა ომმა ვენესუელის ეკონომიკა გაანადგურა.[2]
