სტეფან ბლუელი (ინგლ. Stephen of Blois, ფრანგ. Étienne de Blois) (დ. 1096 — გ. 25 ოქტომბერი, 1154) — ინგლისის მეფე 1135–1154 წლებში. იგი იყო ბლუას გრაფის ეტიენ II დე ბლუასა და უილიამ დამპყრობლის ასულის ადელა დე ბლუას ვაჟი.
