ირმის პლუტეუსი (ლათ. Pluteus cervinus) — სოკოს სახეობა პლუტეუსის გვარისა, რომელიც ფართოდაა გავრცელებული ჩრდილოეთ ნახევარსფეროს ზომიერ სარტყლებში.

დაბალი ხარისხის საჭმელი სოკოა. იზრდება ფოთლოვან, იშვიათად წიწვოვან ტყეებში დამპალ ხეებზე, ზაფხულიდან შემოდგომამდე.

სოკო პირველად აღწერა გერმანელმა მიკოლოგმა იაკობ კრისტიან შეფერმა 1774 წელს როგორც Agaricus cervinus.[1] პლუტეუსის გვარში გადაიტანა პაულ კუმერმა 1871 წელს.

აღწერა

ქუდის დიამეტრი — 4-10 (15) სმ-მდე,[2] ფართოზარისებრი, შემდეგ ამოზნექილი ან გაშლილი. ბორცვაკით ცენტრში. ზედაპირი გლუვი, აბრეშუმისებრი: რადიალურად ბოჭკოვანი, მშრალი ან მცირედლორწოვანი (ნესტიან ამინდში). ქუდის ფერი, როგორც წესი, ნაცრისფერი, მონაცრისფრო-ყავისფერი, თუმცა შეიძლება ვარირებდეს მუქი-ყავისფერიდან შავამდე. ცენტრში უფრო მუქი, კიდეები ზოლიანი, მცირედ დაღარული.

რბილობი — თეთრი, ფეხზე ბოჭკოვანი, უხეში, მყიფე, განსაკუთრებული სუნისა და გემოს გარეშე ან სუსტი ბოლოკის ან უმი კარტოფილის სუნით. გაჭრისას ფერს არ იცვლის.

ჰიმენოფორი — ფირფიტებიანი, სისქე — 10-15 მმ, ხშირი, ფეხთან თავისუფალი, კიდეებთან მომრგვალებული, სქელი, ნორჩობაში მოთეთრო, შემდეგ ვარდისფერი, სიბერეში ხორცისფერ-წითელი.

ფეხის სიგრძე — 5-15 სმ, სისქე —0,8-2 სმ, ცილინდრული, მკვრივი, თეთრი ან მოთეთრო-ნაცრისფერი, სიგრძივ შავი წვრილი ბოჭკოებით,[3] ხშირად მცირედ გაბერილი, ძირისკენ გურზისებრი, ზოგჯერ ძლიერ მოხრილი. ადვილად სცილდება ფეხს.

სპორების მტვერი — ვარდისფერი. სპორები — 8-9х5-6 მკმ, ვიწრო ელიფსისებრი, გლუვი, მოვარდისფრო.

გავრცელება და ეკოლოგია

საფროტროფია.[4] ფართოდაა გავრცელებული ჩრდილოეთ ნახევარსფეროს ზომიერ სარტყლებში — ევროპა, აზია და ჩრდილოეთი ამერიკა.[5]

იზრდება ერთეულებად ან მცირე ჯგუფებად ფოთლოვან, იშვიათად წიწვოვან ტყეებში,[5] დამპალ ხეებზე (არყი, მუხა, ზოგჯერ ფიჭვზე), ასევე პარკებში, ბაღებში.

სეზონი — ზაფხულიდან შემოდგომამდე.

დაბალი ხარისხის საჭმელი სოკოა.[6][7] ზოგიერთ სახელმძღვანელოში აღწერილია როგორც არასაჭმელი სოკო.[8] მისი რბილობი წყალწყალაა. ახასიათებს გაურკვეველი გემო და არასასიამოვნო სუნი, რომელიც მოხარშვის შემდეგაც რჩება. შესაძლებელია მისი გახმობა, ასევე ცხიმში ან ძმარში დაკონსერვება.
