ფრანც იოზეფ ჰაიდნი (გერმ. Franz Joseph Haydn; დ. 31 მარტი, 1732, რორაუ, ქვემო ავსტრია — გ. 31 მაისი, 1809, ვენა) — ავსტრიელი კომპოზიტორი, ვენის კლასიკური სკოლის პირველი წარმომადგენელი.

შემოქმედება

1740-1749 წლებში ჰაიდნი ვენაში მღეროდა წმ. სტეფანეს ტაძრის გუნდში. აქვე სწავლობდა სხვადასხვა საკრავზე დაკვრას. ერთხანს იტალიელი კომპოზიტორისა და სიმღერის მასწავლებლის ნ. პორპორას აკომპანიატორი იყო. XVIII საუკუნის 50-ან წლებში ჰაიდნმა დაწერა ზინგშპილი „კოჭლი ეშმაკი“ (დაიდგა 1752 ვენაში) და მთელი რიგი სხვა ნაწარმოებები, რომელთაც პირველად მოუპოვეს მას სახელი. 1759-1761 წლებში ჰაიდნი გრაფ მორცინის კარის კაპელმაისტერი იყო. აქ შექმნა მან თავისი პირველი სიმფონიები. 1761-1790 წლებში მსახურობდა უნგრელი თავადების ესტერჰაზების კარზე, რომელთა ორკესტრისა და საშინაო თეატრისათვის დაწერა მრავალი სიმფონია (მათ შორის ცნობილი „გამოსათხოვარი“, 1772) და ოპერა. ჰაიდნის შემოქმედებითი მოღვაწეობა აღმავლობას განიცდის XVIII საუკუნის 80-90-იან წლებში, როდესაც შექმნა საუკეთესო კვარტეტები (დაწყებული ოპუს 33-ით), 6 პარიზული (1785-1786) და 12 ლონდონური (1791-1792, 1794-1795) სიმფონია, ორატორიები, მესები და ა. შ. ინგლისში მოგზაურობამ გააფართოვა ჰაიდნის შემოქმედებითი თვალსაწიერი, 1791 წელს მიანიჭეს ოქსფორდის უნივერსიტეტის საპატიო დოქტორის წოდება.

ჰაიდნის უაღრესად დემოკრატიული ხელოვნება დაკავშირებულია ხალხურ შემოქმედებასთან. მისი მუსიკა გამსჭვალულია ავსტრიული, სლავური, უნგრული ფოლკლორის რიტმებითა და ინტონაციებით, ხალხური იუმორით, ცხოველმყოფლობით. ცენტრალური ადგილი ჰაიდნის შემოქმედებაში უკავია სიმფონიებსა (100-ზე მეტი) და სიმებიან კვარტეტებს (83); ორივე ამ ჟანრში ჰაიდნის მოღვაწეობას ისტორიული მნიშვნელობა ჰქონდა. ზოგიერთი თავისი მხატვრული თვისებით, ფილოსოფიური გააზრებითა და კომპოზიციური ხერხებით (მოტივურ-თემატიკური დამუშავება) ჰაიდნმა შეამზადა ბეთჰოვენის შემოქმედება. განსაკუთრებული ადგილი უჭირავს ჰაიდნის შემოქმედებაში მის ორატორიებს „სამყაროს შექმნა“ (1798) და „წელიწადის დრონი“ (1801). ჰაიდნს ეკუთვნის 24 ოპერა, მრავალი საკრავიერი კონცერტი და ანსამბლი (200-მდე), 52 საფორტეპიანო სონატა, საკრავიერი პიესები და სხვა.
