რიჩარდ კირვანი (ინგლ. Richard Kirwan; დ. 1 აგვისტო 1733 — გ. 22 ივნისი 1812) — ირლანდიელი მეცნიერი. მოღვაწეობდა ქიმიის, მეტეოროლოგიისა და გეოლოგიის დარგში. დიდი ხნის განმავლობაში უჭერდა მხარს ფლოგისტონის თეორიას. დაახლოებით 1750-1754 წლებში სწავლობდა პუატიეს უნივერსიტეტში. შემდეგ შევიდა იეზუიტთა ნოვიციატში ქალაქ სენტ-ომერში. უფროსი ძმის გარდაცვალების (1755) შემდეგ დაბრუნდა ირლანდიაში. 1777-1787 წლებში ცხოვრობდა ქალაქ ლონდონში. 1780 წელს აირჩიეს სამეფო საზოგადოების წევრად. 1799 წელს აირჩიეს ირლანდიის სამეფო საზოგადოების პრეზიდენტად. გეოლოგიაში იყო ნეპტუნიზმის მომხრე.
