スリー・デイズ・グレイス（Three Days Grace）は、1997年にカナダのオンタリオ州ノーウッドにて結成されたロック・バンドである。

概要

トロントに拠点を置き、初めはアダム・ゴンティア、ニール・サンダーソン、ブラッド・ウォルストの3人で活動していた。

2003年にはバリー・ストックがリードギタリストとして加入し4人編成となった。

2013年、アダムの脱退により、ブラッドの弟でMy Darkest Daysのボーカルであったマット・ウォルストをメンバーに迎えた。

2024年、アダムの復帰が発表された。これでマットとツインボーカルの5人編成となった。

  • 米国のTVドラマ『ゴースト 〜天国からのささやき』第31話「The Curse of the Ninth」に、主人公夫妻が訪れるライブハウスに出演しているバンドとして、そのままのバンド名で出演。本国での初回放映は2006年11月17日。
