KICKBOXING ZONE

KICKBOXING ZONE（キックボクシング・ゾーン）は、日本のキックボクシング団体。略称はZONE（ゾーン）。

概要

全日本キックボクシング連盟のかつてのエースであり、ゼネラルマネージャーも務めた小林聡が、全日本キック最終興行から5年が経過した2014年6月21日、同年11月9日に後楽園ホールで旗揚げすることを発表した。「ZONE」には「全日本キックのZが一番（ONE）という意味」という意味が込められ、「全日本キックの続きをやりたい」と全日本キックの流れを受け継ぐイベントにする意向を示した[1]。設立当初の運営は全日本キックが開始したKrushを主催するグッドルーザーであった。

以降6回の大会開催を経て、現在の主催はZONEインターナショナル株式会社他。伝統的なキックボクシングを堅持する一方、ラウェイ等の世界の様々な格闘技の試合を興行に組み入れる等、柔軟な思考で先鋭的な試みを多く取り入れている[2]。

肘打ち、膝蹴り、首相撲を有効とした純キックボクシングルールを採用。2016年5月1日開催の「ZONE4」にて、全日本タイトルのベルトを復活させた[3]。

2017年以降自団体での興行を行っておらず、興行団体としては事実上活動停止状態にある。

世界の格闘技との交流

ミャンマーラウェイの統括団体である「Myanmar Traditional Boxing Federation」（MTBF)日本全権代表高森拓也、Thut Ti Lethwei Clubと全面協力体制にあり、ZONE4、ZONE5で計3試合のMTBF公認マッチを行っている。

2016年5月より韓国のキックボクシング団体「MAX FC」とも提携を開始した。
