石内東駅（いしうちひがしえき、仮称）は広島県広島市佐伯区石内東4丁目のTHE OUTLETS HIROSHIMA内に開業予定の広島高速交通1号線（アストラムライン）の駅。

概要

アストラムラインの現在の終点駅である広域公園前駅からJR西広島駅間の延伸計画に伴い新たに設定された6駅のうち、中間部にある駅。名称は2019年に広島市から発表された仮称で正式なものではない。駅はアストラムライン利用促進に期待の持てる、アウトレットモール内に配置してある。周辺は事業費が安価になるよう市有地を活用した設計となっていて、延伸区間は全線単線を予定している。また7.1kmの延伸計画は難所とされる己斐峠付近のトンネル前である当駅までを先に開業させる予定になっており、全線開業が令和10年代初頭に対し、当駅は令和一桁年代後半になっている[1][2]。 。

沿革・予定

アストラムラインの当方向延伸は開通当初から案があり、平成11年に基本計画が策定された。平成29年度には、予備測定が行われている。今後は、令和一桁年代半ば頃に、工事に着手し、令和一桁年代に開業を予定している[1]。
