河崎善一郎（かわさきぜんいちろう、1949年（昭和24年）1月17日 - ）は、日本の工学博士。大阪大学名誉教授。大阪府貝塚市生まれ。専門は大気電気学。雷博士として知られる。2013年9月よりシンガポールに活動拠点を移し，雷放電（大気電気学）の研究に専念
