川口市立十二月田中学校（かわぐちしりつ しわすだちゅうがっこう）は、埼玉県川口市朝日一丁目に所在する公立中学校。通称は「十中」（じゅっちゅう）。

沿革

  • 1955年（昭和30年） - 川口市立元郷中学校の十二月田分教場が独立して川口市立十二月田中学校として開校。
  • 1957年（昭和32年） - 校門設立。
  • 1961年（昭和36年） - 校旗制定。
  • 1963年（昭和38年） - 校歌制定。
  • 1966年（昭和41年） - 給食室新設。
  • 1990年（平成2年） - コンピュータ室設置。
  • 1997年（平成9年） - エアコンを校長室、職員室、事務室に設置。
  • 2001年（平成13年） - 国際宇宙ステーションを利用した宇宙授業の実施。
  • 2002年（平成14年） - 2階オープンスペース設置。
  • 2006年（平成18年） - 「素敵な宇宙船地球号」にボランティアで参加。
