山本 ラク（やまもと ラク、1845年（弘化2年） - 1926年（大正15年）1月17日）は、真言宗の僧。徳島県上板町出身。法名は善真尼。北海道三十三観音霊場を開創したことで知られる。

生涯

1845年（弘化2年）、阿波国板野郡七条村（現在の徳島県上板町）に生まれた[1]。若い頃から徳島市で数軒の割烹旅館の経営に成功した資産家だったが、60歳で徳島の旅館を整理し、大阪で仏門に入り得度をし、善真の名を授かった[2]。

1913年（大正2年）、北海道で新たな霊場を創るため全財産を投じ北海道三十三観音霊場を開創[2]。同霊場は1985年（昭和60年）に深川市の真言寺名誉住職である資延憲英の調査によって再興された。1918年（大正7年）、旭川市に「高野山大師教会山本支部」を設立[2]。

1926年（大正15年）1月17日、死去。享年82。墓所は徳島県上板町にある円行寺[2]。
