株式会社寿し常（すしつね）は、「寿し常」のブランドで寿司店を運営している日本の企業。東京一番フーズの100%子会社。

概要

「寿し常」は長年にわたり、株式会社豊田が運営してきた。しかし、豊田は同業者間の競争や、2020年に発生した新型コロナウイルスによる緊急事態宣言発令により業績が悪化していた[2][3]。

東京一番フーズは2020年5月に、豊田の一部事業を譲受する受け皿会社として、株式会社プロジェクトスミレを設立。プロジェクトスミレは同年6月1日付で、豊田が運営していた37店舗の内26店舗を譲受したと同時に、商号をプロジェクトスミレから株式会社寿し常へ変更した[1][4][5]。本社は大塚寿し常本店内に置かれる。

東京一番フーズは豊田の事業譲受によって、グループ内の連携強化、グループ外の飲食業者への水産物販売などを図るとしている[4]。
