Worthing è una città e un borough del West Sussex, Inghilterra, Regno Unito.
Si trova ai piedi dei South Downs, 16 km a ovest di Brighton e 29 km a est di Chichester. Con una popolazione stimata di circa 110 000 e un'area di 12,5 miglia quadrate (32,4 km²), il distretto è il secondo componente più grande della conurbazione di Brighton/Worthing/Littlehampton, che lo rende parte della quindicesima area urbana più popolosa nel Regno Unito.
