Questo template serve per visualizzare l'icona di una medaglia, con eventuale metallo della stessa.

| Evento | 2 | Evento in cui è stata vinta la medaglia: può essere un territorio (es. Europa) o una manifestazione (es. Olimpiadi). I valori possibili sono scritti in Template:Med#Elenco_degli_eventi_supportati

| Nome | 3 | Scrivendo 'nome' (senza virgolette) in questo campo verrà visualizzato il nome del colore del metallo. Lasciare vuoto se si vuole ottenere solo l'icona.
