Ruso Abudio
Abudio Ruso, in latino Abudius Ruso (fl. 34), è stato un politico e militare romano, il solo membro della gens Abudia noto dalle fonti letterarie. Già edile, prestò servizio in Germania Superiore come legato nell'esercito di Gneo Cornelio Lentulo Getulico, durante il principato di Tiberio.[1][2]
Nel 34 Rusone attaccò Lentulo per aver promesso in sposa la propria figlia al figlio di Seiano, il prefetto del pretorio caduto in disgrazia tre anni prima. Secondo Rutledge il movente potrebbe essere stato il ricatto.[3] Non è chiaro se vi fosse una formale imputazione a carico di Lentulo; in ogni caso questi non fu condannato, mentre Rusone fu bandito da Roma.[2][4][5]
