Romello Height (Dublin, 13 aprile 2001) è un giocatore di football americano statunitense che milita nel ruolo di defensive end per i San Francisco 49ers della National Football League (NFL).
Carriera universitaria
Auburn
Nella sua prima stagione ad Auburn nel 2020, Height disputò solo due partite.[1] Nel 2021 mise a segno 19 tackle in nove presenze.[2] A fine anno optò per cambiare istituto.
USC
Nel 2022 Height si trasferì a giocare per gli USC Trojans.[3] Nella prima stagione disputò solo due gare a causa di un infortunio alla spalla.[1] Nel 2023 fece registrare 20 placcaggi e 4 sack.[4] A fine anno decise nuovamente di cambiare istituto.
Georgia Tech
Nel 2024 Height passò ai Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets.[4] Nella settimana 11 fu decisivo con un sack nel finale con cui forzò un fumble su Cam Ward che recuperò egli stesso, assicurando la vittoria a sorpresa contro Miami numero 4 del ranking.[5] Chiuse l'annata con 34 tackle, 2,5 sack, 2 fumble forzati e un intercetto.[6] A fine stagione cambiò nuovamente squadra per giocare nel suo ultimo anno di eleggibilità nel college football.[7]
Texas Tech
Il 19 dicembre 2024 Height annunciò che si sarebbe trasferito ai Texas Tech Red Raiders.[6] Con essi mise a segno 32 tackle e un record in carriera di 9 sack.
Carriera professionistica
San Francisco 49ers
Height fu scelto dai San Francisco 49ers nel corso del terzo giro (70º assoluto) del Draft NFL 2026.[8]
