- Stile: ogni voce dev'essere wikificata (formattata) secondo gli standard di Wikipedia e deve contenere i template tematici del Progetto (vedi sotto: Risorse utili - Template). Per sapere che linee guida seguire per scrivere voci sullo scautismo, guarda il Manuale del progetto scout.
- Disambiguazione: conviene utilizzare la disambiguazione (scout) (minuscolo) solo per quelle voci il cui titolo risulta uguale o molto simile a quello di altre voci.
- Fonti: per scrivere voci sulle associazioni e su aspetti del metodo scout (come viene applicato) è disponibile la pagina Progetto:Scout/Fonti in cui sono riportate le principali fonti on-line disponibili.
