Lo Squartatore (The Ripper) è una docu-serie britannica del 2020.
Trama
La miniserie in quattro puntate ripercorre gli eventi e le indagini relative agli omicidi di 13 donne avvenuti nel West Yorkshire e a Manchester, in Inghilterra, tra il 1975 e il 1980, per mano del serial killer Peter Sutcliffe.[1] I giornalisti notarono le somiglianze con gli omicidi commessi dal famigerato Jack lo Squartatore, e soprannominarono l'ignoto autore del delitto "lo Squartatore dello Yorkshire". Questa serie ripercorre la cronologia degli eventi, raccontata attraverso interviste con investigatori, giornalisti, sopravvissuti e familiari delle vittime.[2]
