Jonah Monheim (Moorpark, 7 giugno 2002) è un giocatore di football americano statunitense che milita nel ruolo di centro per i Jacksonville Jaguars della National Football League (NFL).

Carriera universitaria

Monheim disputò una sola gara nella sua prima stagione a USC nel 2020.[1] L'anno seguente giocò 12 partite, di cui 7 come offensive tackle titolare.[2] Nel 2022 disputò come titolare 14 partite, 11 come tackle destro e 3 come guardia destra, venendo nominato menzione onorevole per formazione ideale della Pac-12 Conference.[3][4] Prima della stagione 2023 fu spostato nel ruolo di tackle sinistro.[5] Quell'anno disputò tutte le 13 gare come partente, 12 come tackle sinistro e una come guardia destra, venendo inserito nella seconda formazione ideale della Pac-12 dall'Associated Press (AP). Jacksonville Jaguars

Monheim fu scelto nel corso del settimo giro (221º assoluto) del Draft NFL 2025 dai Jacksonville Jaguars.[7] Nella sua prima stagione disputò tutte le 17 partite, di cui 2 come titolare, venendo inserito nella formazione ideale dei rookie dalla Pro Football Writers of America.[8]
