Carriera
Seattle Seahawks
Dopo non essere stato scelto nel Draft NFL 2024, Sheriff frequentò il minicamp dei rookie dei Seattle Seahawks ma non gli fu offerto un contratto. Mentre era free agent lavorò come fattorino per la consegna di birre a Ridgeland, nel Mississippi. Lasciò il suo lavoro il 4 agosto e due giorni dopo firmò con i Seahawks.[1] Malgrado essere stato ingaggiato così tardi, disputò una pre-stagione positiva, facendo registrare 8 tackle e 3 sack in tre partite.[2] Il 27 agosto fu svincolato.[3]
Carolina Panthers
Il 28 agosto 2024 Sheriff firmò con i Carolina Panthers.[4] Nel primo turno contro i New Orleans Saints del primo turno giocò 17 snap. Fu svincolato il 10 settembre per fare spazio al veterano Charles Harris.[5]
Ritorno ai Seattle Seahawks
Il 13 settembre 2024 Sheriff firmò con la squadra di allenamento dei Seahawks.[6] Il 6 gennaio 2025 firmò un nuovo contratto come riserva.[7]
Il 26 agosto 2025 Sheriff fu svincolato e il giorno successivo rifirmò con la squadra di allenaento.[8][9] Il 12 febbraio 2026 firmò un nuovo contratto come riserva.[10]
