Giovanni Battista Acquaviva (Nardò, 1513 – 13 agosto 1569) è stato un vescovo cattolico italiano.
Biografia
Nacque a Nardò nel 1513, figlio del conte Belisario. Anche il fratello Giovanni Antonio intraprese la carriera ecclesiastica, ottenendo la cattedra vescovile di Nardò.
Il 22 maggio 1536 papa Paolo III lo nominò vescovo di Nardò.
Durante il suo episcopato, in cui fu coadiuvato da cinque vicari generali, celebrò nel 1563 il sinodo diocesano.
