L'eclissi solare del 16 febbraio 1999 è un evento astronomico che ha avuto luogo il suddetto giorno attorno alle ore 6.34 UTC.[1] L'eclissi, di tipo anulare, è stata visibile in alcune parti dell'Africa, dell'Asia (India), dell'Antartide, dell'Oceania (Australia).
