Yesus menyembuhkan sepuluh orang kusta adalah suatu peristiwa mukjizat yang diperbuat oleh Yesus Kristus yang dicatat dalam bagian Perjanjian Baru di Alkitab Kristen. Peristiwa ini secara khusus dicatat dalam Injil Lukas, yaitu pada pasal 17.[1] Injil Lukas (dan dua Injil Sinoptik lain, yaitu Injil Matius dan Injil Markus) memuat mukjizat penyembuhan seorang penderita kusta yang terjadi sebelumnya.[2]

Dalam salah satu perjalanan-Nya ke Yerusalem Yesus menyusur perbatasan Samaria dan Galilea. Ketika Ia memasuki suatu desa datanglah sepuluh orang kusta menemui Dia. Mereka tinggal berdiri agak jauh dan berteriak: "Yesus, Guru, kasihanilah kami!" Lalu Ia memandang mereka dan berkata: "Pergilah, perlihatkanlah dirimu kepada imam-imam." Dan sementara mereka di tengah jalan mereka menjadi tahir. Seorang dari mereka, ketika melihat bahwa ia telah sembuh, kembali sambil memuliakan Allah dengan suara nyaring, lalu tersungkur di depan kaki Yesus dan mengucap syukur kepada-Nya. Orang itu adalah seorang Samaria. Lalu Yesus berkata: "Bukankah kesepuluh orang tadi semuanya telah menjadi tahir? Di manakah yang sembilan orang itu? Tidak adakah di antara mereka yang kembali untuk memuliakan Allah selain daripada orang asing ini?" Lalu Ia berkata kepada orang itu: "Berdirilah dan pergilah, imanmu telah menyelamatkan engkau."[1]
