Xavier Beauvois (bahasa Prancis: [ɡzavje bovwa]; lahir 20 Maret 1967) adalah seorang pemeran, sutradara dan penulis naskah asal Prancis.

Karier

Film buatannya Don't Forget You're Going to Die masuk ke Festival Film Cannes 1995 dimana film tersebut memenangkan Penghargaan Juri.[1]

Film buatannya Of Gods and Men meraih Grand Prix dan Prize of the Ecumenical Jury di Festival Film Cannes 2010.[2][3] Film tersebut juga terpilih menjadi perwakilan Prancis pada Penghargaan Akademi untuk Film Berbahasa Asing Terbaik di Academy Awards ke-83,[4] namun tak masuk babak akhir.[5]

Film tahun 2014 buatannya La Rançon de la gloire terpilih untuk memperebutkan Singa Emas di Festival Film Internasional Venesia ke-71.[6][7]

Kehidupan pribadi

Ia menikahi penyunting film Marie-Julie Maille. Mereka memiliki dua putra, Arthur, yang lahir pada Agustus 1992, dan Antoine, yang lahir pada Mei 1996.[8]
