Wilayah Baru (Hanzi: 新界; Yale (Bahasa Kanton): Sān'gaai) adalah salah satu dari tiga daerah utama dari Hong Kong, bersama dengan Pulau Hong Kong dan Semenanjung Kowloon. Wilayah Baru mencakup 86,2% dari seluruh wilayah Hong Kong dan menjadi reumah bagi sekitar setengah dari penduduk Hong Kong. Menurut sejarah, daerah ini adalah wilayah yang dijelaskan dalam Konvensi untuk Perluasan Wilayah Hong Kong. Menurutnya, wilayah terdiri dari wilayah daratan utara dari Jalan Boundary di Semenanjung Kowloon hingga selatan Sungai Sham Chun (yang merupakan perbatasan antara Hong Kong dan Tiongkok Daratan) serta lebih dari 200 kepulauan terluar, seperti Pulau Lantau, Pulau Lamma, Cheung Chau, dan Peng Chau di wilayah Hong Kong.

Kini, Wilayah Baru hanya terdiri dari daratan utara Pegunungan Kowloon dan selatan Sungai Sham Chun serta Kepulauan Terluat. Wilayah Baru berluas 952 km2 (368 sq mi).[1] Namun demikian, Kowloon Baru tetap menjadi bagian dari Wilayah Baru, bukan Kowloon.

Pada tahun 2011, penduduk Wilayah Baru tercatat sebesar 3.691.093 jiwa.[2] Kepadatan penduduknya mencapai 3.801 per kilometer persegi (9.845 per mil persegi).[3]
