Terence James MacSwiney (/məkˈswiːni/; bahasa Irlandia: Toirdhealbhach Mac Suibhne; 28 Maret 1879 – 25 Oktober 1920)[1] adalah seorang pengarang sandiwara, pengarang dan politikus Irlandia. Ia terpilih menjadi Walikota Cork dalam Perang Kemerdekaan Irlandia pada 1920.[2] Ia ditangkap oleh Pemerintahan Britania Raya atas dakwaan penghasutan dan ditahan di Penjara Brixton. Ia meninggal disana pada Oktober 1920 setelah 74 hari mogok makan[3] yang membuat dirinya dan kampanye Republikan Irlandia meraih perhatian mancanegara.
