Edward Joseph Drake (16 Agustus 1912 – 30 Mei 1995) adalah seorang mantan pelatih dan pemain sepak bola asal Inggris. Sebagai pemain, ia pertama kali bermain untuk Southampton dan lebih terkenal saat bermain untuk Arsenal pada dekade 1930-an, dengan berhasil meraih dua gelar juara liga dan satu gelar Piala FA. Selain itu, Drake pernah tampil untuk tim nasional Inggris dengan mencatatkan enam gol dari lima kali penampilan. Ia merupakan pencetak gol terbanyak kelima Arsenal sepanjang masa, dengan total mencetak 139 gol. Drake adalah pemegang rekor pencetak gol terbanyak dalam satu pertandingan liga tingkat teratas di sepak bola Inggris, setelah mencetak ketujuh gol dalam kemenangan kandang 7–1 Arsenal atas Aston Villa pada Desember 1935.[1][3] Drake yang bermain pada posisi penyerang tengah, digambarkan sebagai "pemain nomor 9 klasik", "yang kuat, bertenaga, berani, dan hampir selalu membabi buta", "yang mencirikan permainan khas sepak bola Inggris."[4][5]

Setelah pensiun sebagai pemain, Drake menjadi pelatih sepak bola, utamanya terkenal saat menjadi manajer Chelsea pada dekade 1950an hingga awal dekade 1960an. Pada 1955, ia berhasil membawa klub tersebut meraih gelar juara liga untuk pertama kalinya.[6] Pencapaian tersebut menjadikan Drake sebagai orang pertama sebagai pemain dan pelatih yang berhasil meraih gelar juara liga sepak bola tingkat teratas di Inggris. Ia juga seorang pemain kriket, tetapi hanya pernah bermain dengan jumlah penampilan kecil untuk Hampshire.
