Shkedei marak (bahasa Ibrani: שקדי מרק‎, artinya almond sup), yang dikenal sebagai mandlakh dalam bahasa Yiddish, atau sebagai "mandel sup" di Amerika Serikat,[1] adalah sebuah produk makanan Israel yang terdiri dari crouton krispi gurih yang digunakan sebagai bahan sup.[2] Shkedei marak yang berbentuk kotak kuning kecil tersebut dibuat dari tepung dan tepung dan minyak sawit. Sebagai produk parve, makanan tersebut dapat digunakan tersebut dalam sup krim atau daging. Di samping namanya, makanan tersebut tidak mengandung almond.
