Shandong Bin Ao Aircraft Industries

Shandong Bin Ao Aircraft Industries Co, Ltd (Hanzi: 山东 滨 奥 飞机 制造 有限公司) terletak di Kota Dagao, Kabupaten Zhanhua, Kota Binzhou, Provinsi Shandong, Tiongkok.

Perusahaan ini didirikan pada tahun 2008. Ini adalah usaha patungan dengan jumlah investasi sebesar 42.000.000 USD dari Diamond Aircraft Industries GmbH, Binzhou Dagao General Aviation City Co., Ltd., Sociedade de Investimento e Fomento Predial Long Win Linitada dan Binzhou Ding Yi Investment Management Co, Ltd.

Pada tanggal 26 November 2006, joint venture tersebut akan mengeluarkan sertifikasi mutu oleh EASA; Itu akan menjual 200 pesawat terbang setiap tahun ke pasar Eropa dan Amerika.

Ada hampir 100 teknisi yang datang dari setiap bagian negara, termasuk 7 orang dengan gelar tinggi, 11 orang dengan gelar master dan 63 orang dengan gelar sarjana, di perusahaan sekarang. Sebagian besar teknisi dan pekerja akan dikirim ke Austria untuk mendapatkan pelatihan teknis.

Bangunan pabrik dirancang oleh Binzhou Planning and Design Institute dan China Space Civil & Building Engineering Design & Research Institute. Total luas bangunan 28.700 m2. Hal ini dapat dibagi menjadi 4 zona dengan fungsi sebagai berikut: zona A adalah Kawasan Produksi Komposit, zona B adalah Area Pengecatan, zona C adalah Kawasan Perakitan, dan zona D adalah untuk inspeksi, pameran dan penjualan.

Perusahaan patungan tersebut memproduksi terutama DA40 Diamond Aircraft dengan skala produksi tahunan dari 500 pesawat. Pesawat DA40 terbuat dari bahan komposit, dan bisa digunakan untuk waktu yang sangat lama; Konsumsi bahan bakarnya rendah (27 liter per 100 km); Jarak take-offnya pendek (bisa lepas landas setelah meluncur sekitar 360 meter); Ini memberikan performa keselamatan yang tinggi dengan permukaan sayap yang lebih lebar, dan memiliki performa meluncur yang bagus juga.[1][1][1][1][2][2][2][2][3]
