Sekretariat Direktorat Jenderal Multilateral

Sekretariat Direktorat Jenderal Kerja Sama Multilateral (bahasa Inggris: Secretariat of the Directorate General of Multilateral Cooperation) disingkat Setditjen Multilateral adalah sebuah Sekretariat Kementerian Luar Negeri Republik Indonesia dibawah naungan Direktorat Jenderal Kerja Sama Multilateral. Setditjen Multilateral memiliki tugas untuk melaksanakan sebagian tugas Direktorat Jenderal Kerja Sama Multilateral di bidang penyusunan rencana dan program kerja, kepegawaian, keuangan, perlengkapan, rumah tangga dan tata persuratan, data dan dokumentasi, serta urusan diplomasi Indonesia pada organisasi internasional, terutama dalam isu kontribusi/iuran keanggotaan dan pencalonan pada organisasi internasional.[1] Setditjen Multilateral dipimpin oleh Anita L. Luhulima.[2]

Fungsi

Sekretariat Direktorat Jenderal Kerja Sama Multilateral mempunyai fungsi dan tugas sebagai berikut:

  1. Pelaksanaan koordinasi penyusunan naskah kebijakan teknis, rencana, dan program kerja serta evaluasi dan laporan Direktorat Jenderal;
  2. Pengelolaan urusan kepegawaian, keuangan, perlengkapan, tata usaha, dan rumah tangga Direktorat Jenderal;
  3. Pelaksanaan urusan pembayaran kontribusi/iuran keanggotaan dan pencalonan serta pengisian lowongan jabatan pada organisasi-organisasi internasional;
  4. Penyiapan penyusunan pedoman peraturan perundang-undangan dan pemberian pertimbangan hukum Direktorat Jenderal;
  5. Pelaksanaan pengolahan data dan dokumentasi Direktorat Jenderal.[3]
