Prof. Dr. Rustam H.S. Akili, S.E., S.H., M.H. (lahir 23 Maret 1964) adalah Ketua DPRD Provinsi Gorontalo periode 2014. Sebelumnya ia menjabat sebagai Anggota DPRD Provinsi Gorontalo 3 periode yakni 2001—2004, 2004—2009, dan 2009—2014.

Jelang Pemilu 2019, mencalonkan diri sebagai Caleg DPR RI dari Partai NasDem dan resmi menjadi kader Partai NasDem di bawah besutan Surya Paloh[1] Dan karena maju di Pileg 2019, Rustam HS Akili mundur dari Komisaris PT Bank SulutGo.[2]
