Reliance Communications Limited (dikenal, R.Comm) adalah penyedia jaringan seluler asal India yang berkantor pusat di Navi Mumbai yang menawarkan layanan data suara 2G dan 3G. Rcom telah menutup bisnis telekomunikasinya pada tahun 2019 dan menyatakan bangkrut.

Pada Februari 2019, perusahaan menyatakan pailit karena tidak dapat menjual aset untuk melunasi hutangnya.[3] diperkirakan memiliki utang sebesar ₹ 50,000 terhadap aset senilai ₹ 18,000 crore.[4]

Pada Maret 2020, perusahaan telah menyusun ulang strateginya dan terus mengoperasikan layanan data 4G, komunikasi jalur tetap, layanan pusat data, dan Integrasi perusahaan serta jaringan kabel bawah laut dengan slogan, "Global Cloud Xchange".[5]
