Pontederiaceae atau Suku Ecenggondok-ecenggondokan adalah salah satu suku anggota tumbuhan berbunga. Menurut Sistem klasifikasi APG IV tahun 2016 (tidak berubah dari sistem APG III tahun 2009, sistem APG II tahun 2003, dan sistem APG tahun 1998) suku ini termasuk ke dalam bangsa Commelinales, klad commelinids^[1]^[2]. Salah satu anggotanya yang paling populer adalah eceng gondok, yang merupakan spesies tanaman invasif di banyak saluran air. Famili tumbuhan ini hanya terdiri dari dua genus tumbuhan, yakni heteranthera dan pontederia^[3]^[4].
