Phillip Street adalah sebuah jalan di distrik bisnis pusat Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. Sementara jalan ini membentang dari King Street di selatan menuju Circular Quay di utara, jalan saat ini beroperasi di dua bagian, terpisah oleh Chifley Square. Jalan lintas lainnya meliputi Martin Place, Bridge Street, dan Bent Street.

Bagian selatan Phillip Street membentang dari Queens Square, di ujung King Street, ke Chifley Square, di persimpangan Hunter, Phillip, dan Elizabeth Street. Di Chifley Square, Elizabeth Street berbelok ke kanan dan menjadi bagian utara dari Phillip Street, yang mengarah utara-selatan bersama bagian selatannya. Jalan ini dua arah di kedua bagian.

Terletak di sepanjang Phillip Street adalah sejumlah gedung perkantoran, termasuk kantor pusat sebagian besar profesi hukum besar Sydney, juga Supreme Court of New South Wales[1] dan Sydney Law School. Bangunan lainnya di sepanjang jalan ini meliputi Aurora Place, Chifley Tower, dan Deutsche Bank Place, Commonwealth Parliament Offices, Sydney dan gedung Reserve Bank of Australia. Berbagai café dan restoran di sepanjang jalan ini melayani institusi-institusi tersebut.

Stasiun kereta api terletak di atau dekat Phillip Street adalah St James, Martin Place, dan Circular Quay.
