Penaklukan Honduras oleh Spanyol adalah sebuah konflik abad ke-16 pada kolonisasi Amerika oleh Spanyol dimana wilayah yang sekarang meliputi Republik Honduras, salah satu dari lima negara di Amerika Tengah, dimasukkan ke Kekaisaran Spanyol.
