His Exalted Highness Sir Mir Osman Ali Khan Siddiqi GCSI, GBE Asaf Jah VII (bahasa Urdu: آصف جاہ), lahir dengan nama Mir Osman Ali Khan Siddiqi Bahadur (bahasa Urdu: عثمان علی خان بہادر; 6 April 1886 – 24 Februari 1967), adalah Nizam (penguasa) terakhir Negara Hyderabad dan Berar. Ia mulai berkuasa pada tahun 1911.

Pada masa kekuasaannya ia dikenal sebagai orang terkaya di dunia dengan kekayaan sekitar $2 miliar pada awal tahun 1940-an (saat ini senilai $35.8 miliar dollar)^[1] atau 2 persen dari ekonomi Amerika Serikat saat itu. Sebagai perbandingan, pada masa itu pemerintah India hanya memperoleh pendapatan tahunan sekitar $1 miliar saja. Ia ditayangkan dalam sampul majalah TIME dengan citra ini.^[2] Jika total kekayaan bersihnya dihitung dengan mempertimbangkan inflasi dan disesuaikan dengan standar modern, kekayaan bersih Nizam tercatat sebesar $236 miliar, sehingga menjadikannya salah satu orang terkaya yang pernah ada.^[3]

Mir Osman Ali Khan Siddqi Bahadur juga dikenal sebagai penguasa absolut yang mendukung pendidikan dan sains. Selama kekuasaannya ia memperkenalkan listrik, kereta api, jalan, dan maskapai penerbangan. Ia juga mendirikan Bank Negara Hyderabad dan melancarkan berbagai proyek irigasi.

Kekuasaannya berakhir pada tahun 1948 setelah India melancarkan Operasi Polo yang menganeksasi wilayah Hyderabad.
