Mikaela Pauline Shiffrin (lahir 13 Maret 1995) adalah seorang pemain ski alpen berkebangsaan Amerika Serikat. Dia adalah juara Piala Dunia Keseluruhan tiga kali, juara dunia empat kali di slalom,[3] dan enam kali pemenang gelar disiplin Piala Dunia dalam acara itu. Shiffrin adalah juara slalom termuda dalam sejarah ski alpen Olimpiade, dengan usia 18 tahun 345 hari.[4][5][6][7]

Dengan memenangkan medali emas Olimpiade keduanya di slalom raksasa 2018, Shiffrin mengikat Ted Ligety dan Andrea Mead Lawrence untuk medali emas Olimpiade terbanyak yang pernah dimenangkan oleh seorang atlet Olimpiade Amerika dalam ski alpen.
